Due to the nature of digital design services, refunds are not available once a project has started. However, if you're not satisfied with the initial direction, we’ll do our best to adjust according to your feedback to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
You may cancel a project before any design work begins for a full refund. Once the project has started, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
By working with Noktra Studio, you agree that:
– All original concepts remain property of Noktra Studio until full payment is received.
– Final files will be delivered in agreed formats upon project completion.
– Deadlines and delivery times may vary based on project scope and communication.
– The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final work before publishing.
By default, all designs created by Noktra Studio may be featured in our portfolio, social media, or other promotional materials, especially for the Starter Plan.
If confidentiality is important to your project, we recommend choosing the Growth or Premium plan. These include:
